Why did the government increase BISP amount – Total mistake.
🗓️ In July 2025, the government increased the BISP payment due to some economic reasons:
- Rising inflation (inflation)
- Prime Minister’s policy for poverty reduction
- Funds for social welfare increased following a deal with the IMF
- Included in the NSER survey in 2024.
- Funds were released for women-focused welfare programs.
